I began my psychotherapy training in 2014, but I’ve been supporting people through emotional, psychological, and practical challenges for over 16 years. My passion lies in the therapeutic relationship itself—creating a safe, heart-centred space where you feel truly heard and supported as you navigate stress, relationship challenges, trauma, loss, or grief.

I hold a BA from UCD, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Integrative Clinical Psychotherapy from Turning Point Institute, and a Master’s of Science in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from UCC. I’m a fully accredited member of the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP) and the Irish Council of Psychotherapy (ICP).

Alongside my private practice, I’ve spent over 10 years at Vita House Family Resource Centre in Roscommon, providing support to individuals and families. I previously served on the Governing Body of IAHIP, representing the Supervision and Accreditation Committees.

At the heart of my work is the belief that therapy is about being present, listening deeply, and honouring each person’s unique journey.
